Thanks TravisGot my 1st Dan grading in February (Ki Aikido in the UK) and the ideas here are very usfeul. Breaking bad habits and forming new usfeul habits is a constant goal in both Aikido and life.I suppose the only other thing I would add is that power' or KI is more potent than force. Many students go hard' when they feel someone's Ki. The trick is to stay soft and complete the movement and be fluid in your execution of the technique.
